Feeling Well and Looking Good

Do you want to look good? I don't mean supermodel-film-star-catwalk-red-carpet-size-zero-botox-all-made up-good but looking YOUR best, slim, trim, glowing with health and brimming with energy, the best you have ever looked. That's how you'll look when you are fit and healthy, at any age. Seems very hard, doesn't? Nearly impossible, you say. Okay, it's not easy at first. But the bottom line is that feeling good means looking good and my aim with this blog is to help you achieve that. With little changes every day, a little nip and tuck in your lifestyle and, before you know it, you will be feeling better and better which will show up in every aspect of your physique; your posture, silhouette, skin tone and facial expression. It will also take years off you.

I will show you how to cut your calorie intake and how to incorporate a fitness routine into your day in such a way that it will be barely noticeable. As diets are usually too complicated, too time consuming and too boring, I am not going to put one up here but instead give you the basic ideas for a healthy way to take off weight and keep it off. If you understand and remember the main points and what foods to cut out or just cut down on, it is easy enough to apply it to your daily eating plan.

This blog will be based on my two fitness books, Look Great, Feel Great for Life and The Life in Your Years, now both out of print. The blog posts will eventually be put into an e-book.

I hope you will enjoy my posts and that it will help you along the way on your journey to a fitter, healthier, happier you.

Please feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to answer them. In fact, questions are the best way  to find out what everybody wants to know.
